Privacy and contact information
The assessment form posts nothing to a server. It prepares a message and hands it to your own email client, where you can edit it, or close it and send nothing at all. Until you press send there, the enquiry has not been sent. These pages are static files, and they do not store form submissions.

The domain box on the home page carries what you type across to the contact page, the way any link carries a parameter. The form there builds the message and opens it in your mail program. You send it, or you do not. Either way, no copy of it is kept on this site.
What to send
Six items cover a first enquiry: the domain, the type of organisation holding it, the country, the current registrar, the expiry date if you know it, and an email address for the reply.
Leave out the identity scans. They are not needed to work out which route applies to you, and a first-contact mailbox is the wrong place for identity documents to sit. If paperwork becomes necessary later, support will tell you how to send it.
Handling and rights
Everything after that first exchange is governed by Atak Domain’s current privacy policy and by the secure document route set up for your case. Those terms decide how your information is handled and what rights you hold over it. Ask for both before you share anything sensitive, and wait for the answer before you attach the file.
Not sure what belongs in a first email? Ask before you send it.
