Two details need confirming before a pen touches it: which registrar currently holds the domain, and which account the administrator record is moving into. Sign after that. Notarise last, because a notarised form carrying the wrong account number is a form you pay a notary for twice.

Company applicant
A legal entity moving the administrator record.
- The administrator-change form in Russian, on company letterhead, signed by an authorised signatory and stamped where a company seal is used. It must be notarised.
- A scanned trade registry or chamber of commerce certificate, with a Russian translation.
- A signature circular, or another document proving the signatory holds the authority to sign.
Individual applicant
A person holding the domain in their own name.
- A scan of your passport or identity document.
- The administrator-change form in Russian, notarised.
Notarised, yes. Apostille, no.
Both applicant types need the form notarised. The stated Atak Domain process does not require an apostille on top of it. Read that twice if you have handled Russian paperwork before, because almost every other cross-border document route trains you to expect both stamps.
A registrar can still impose something stricter than the process requires. Ask first, then book the notary.
Domains at another registrar
If an accredited registrar other than Atak Domain holds the name, put the questions to that registrar before you prepare anything. What notarisation does it want? What identity evidence? How does it process the change? Those answers set the document list, not this page.
One useful detail: several domains sitting under a single NIC-D administrator can be listed on one application, where the registrar permits it.
